Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 – 4 stalks celery with the leaves
1 ripe avocado
1 small cucumber
Juice of one lemon and one lime
½ inch fresh ginger
Handful of herbs: parsley/mint/cilantro
Pinch pink or sea salt
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
