Judith Johnson

Judith is an outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about people and creating the balance of life through good health. She is a private practicing registered consulting dietician with 25 years of experience in personalized integrated nutrition therapy, specializing in Nutrigenomics (gene based personalized nutrition), chronic diseases, sports nutrition, diabetes care, weight management, holistic wellbeing and complementary Medicine. She has recently coauthored a book with Dr Yael Joffe entitled Genes to Plate which details the practical aspects of food choices and eating according to your health pathways.

Through her own journey with health challenges, she discovered the benefits of mind, body and soul wellness.

Jenna, RD (SA) completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Dietetics and Nutrition at the University of Cape Town. She started her journey in the health and wellness industry by qualifying from the University of Stellenbosch with a BSc Degree in Sports Sciences and a BSc Honours Degree in Physiology. Jenna has a holistic approach to diet and believes that a healthy lifestyle is achievable. She believes that perfect eating is learning how to indulge within a healthy lifestyle while simultaneously being able to achieve and maintain your goals. Jenna has a passion for all things nutritional with a special interest in sports, child and adolescent nutrition, emotional eating, weight management and corporate wellbeing. Jenna has also worked on many corporate wellness initiatives, consults for the media and has written for a number of publications. She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and is a member of the Association for Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA).

Stephanie is a forward-thinking, progressive dietitian who is fascinated with nutrition’s ability to move individuals towards the highest expression of health. She has learned to adopt an individualised, science-based, functional approach to nutrition through her studies with The Institute for Functional Medicine. Her time in private practice has served to bring restoration, hope and optimal wellness to clients. She is compassionate, approachable and loves to support others in their journeys toward healing. Her ‘gut-loving’, personalised, yet practical nutritional and lifestyle recommendations allow for one’s health to remain a daily priority. Her main interests include: GUT Health, Skin Health, Nutrigenomics (gene-based personalised nutrition), Inflammatory and Immune Function, Hormonal Health, Weight Management, and Functional Nutrition Therapy.
