Judith is also an advisory to Wellness Warehouse in Cape Town, and has 25 years of experience in private practice, specializing in sports nutrition, diabetes care, weight management, functional nutrition therapy, holistic well being and Natural and complementary Medicine. Judith has joined the Centre for Translational Nutrigenomics (3 x 4 Clinics) in Cape Town which is the first of its kind in SA, where she tests your genetic profile to provide genebased personalized program. She has been using the Nutritional Live Blood Analysis as an assessment tool for many years.
Through her own journey with health challenges, she discovered the benefits of mind, body and soul wellness.

I am a fully registered dietician. I am a well presented, self-motivated and confident individual. I am extremely passionate about everything heath, fitness and general well-being. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans, highly computer literate, love presenting and have excellent research skills.

I have had the privilege to play sport at a very competitive level and have represented both my province and country in sport on a number of different occasions. This is where my love for health and nutrition grew as I gained first-hand experience as to how it can impact performance.

As a dietician, I function both as an individual and as a member of a multidisciplinary team that strives to deliver the most effective medical treatment. I am able to translate and communicate complex nutritional information into every day, culture specific and easily understandable information about food. I love sharing current and scientifically sound information with those who want to learn more about nutrition and the impact it plays in one’s health.

I am empathetic, with good people skills and interact well with people of all ages and cultures. I enjoy and value being part of a patient’s journey to healthier living and the prevention of disease. Stephanie is passionate about addressing the root cause of disease through the application of an individualised, patient-centred, science-based approach in order to bring restoration, hope and optimal wellness to individuals.

Currently, Stephanie is studying through The Institute for Functional Medicine (USA) where she has learnt to adopt a comprehensive approach that considers the complex interactions between a patient’s history, physiology and lifestyle factors that can lead to illness.

She has a special interest in gastrointestinal health, immune-related conditions, and the management of chronic diseases of lifestyle. She is compassionate, approachable and loves to support others in their journeys toward healing.
