Ingredients:
1 small red apple (cored/seeded)
½ Granny Smith (cored/seeded)
¼ squeezed lime
½ inch peeled, chopped ginger
Juice of 2 red grapefruits
1 – 1½ cup raspberries
¼ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Water and ice as needed to blend
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
