Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh if in season)
1 handful fresh herbs (parsley, mint or basil)
2 – 4 leaves of kale (purple kale if you can find it) or chard (red is good to use here)

Preparation:

1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
