Ingredients:
2 tins sardines
2 Tbs olive oil
Handful parsley
1 red onion – fermented in apple cider vinegar if needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
*Add olives if desired
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together roughly.
- Use as a snack or as a protein for lunch or dinner.
