Ingredients:
1 small cucumber
3 Lacinato kale leaves
½ avocado
½ pear
½ cup dandelion tea
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Ice
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve in glasses and garnish with hemp seeds.
