Ingredients:
1 pear
1 ripe avocado
2 cups fresh or 100% fruit juice
1 cup water
2 cups ice
2 – 3 big handfuls of spinach
2 tsp Kyo-Green Powdered Drink Mix
and/or probiotic powder (optional)
Honey (optional)
Preparation:
Combine pear, grape juice, ice, Kyo-Green, and water in blender on high to crush ice,
once mixture is smooth, add spinach last to minimize frothy foam of smoothie. Enjoy!
