Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale lightly steamed (stems removed)
1 1/2 cups
coconut water
½ cup pumpkin puree
Juice from one lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve on glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.
