Gingery Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon
ground or whole flax
½ cup frozen or fresh peaches
½ cup almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon
fresh grated ginger plus 1 tsp ground ginger
Pinch cinnamon
Water and ice to blend

Preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
