Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1 beet
1 carrot
1 piece ginger
Juice from one lemon
1 cup water or green tea
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Preparation:
1. Blend all the ingredients in the Vitamix.
2. For an easier to digest version, pass the mixture through a strainer.
