Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup fresh coconut meat or unsweetened dried coconut
Water and ice to blend
Optional: a scoop of protein powder or any greens and/or herbs as an extra boost of nutrition

Preparation:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
