Makes 10 to 12 balls
12 dates, pitted
1 cup almond flour
½ cup desiccated coconut & extra for dusting
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Place in fridge for 20 minutes
Roll the dough into balls & dust with a little bit more coconut
Enjoy
