1 head broccoli, lightly steamed
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in pieces
¼ small red onion
2 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
Salt, pepper and turmeric to taste Juice from
one lemon
½ cup sprouted lentils
1.Add all ingredients but the lentils to the food processor and mix until texture resembles rice.
2.Place mixture in a bowl, add more lemon juice and sprouted lentils.
3. Serve on butternut lettuce leaves.
