1 cup berries (strawberries / raspberries / blueberries)
½ cup frozen banana
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup non-dairy milk (oat / almond)
2 blocks of ice
Mint (optional)
Blend all of the ingredients together using a food processor or nutribullet until smooth.
