Ingredients:
5 -6 artichoke hearts
Bunch of arugula or dandelion
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of sea salt
Preparation:
1. In the blender, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic cloves, pepper, turmeric and salt. Set aside
2. Mix greens and artichoke hearts and drizzle dressing on top.
