1 and ½ cups basil leaves, stalkes removed
½ cup coriander leaves, stalks removed
1 cup mixed microgreens (broccoli, radish, rocket, sunflower)
½ cup garden peas
½ cup cashews and almond flour mixed
Juice from 1 large lemon
½ clove garlic, peeled,
6 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 round feta (can use ricotta or goats feta) or parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend well together
