250g raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional: honey or xylitol for extra sweetness
- Place the raspberries in a small saucepan and heat gently.
- Once the berries start to fall apart, stir in chia seeds.
- Remove from heat.
- Allow to cool.
- After tasting, add honey or xylitol if you want to.
- Store jam in a closed jar in fridge for up to 10 days.
