Raspberry Chia Jam


250g raspberries, fresh or frozen 

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Optional: honey or xylitol for extra sweetness


  1. Place the raspberries in a small saucepan and heat gently. 
  2. Once the berries start to fall apart, stir in chia seeds.
  3. Remove from heat. 
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. After tasting, add honey or xylitol if you want to.
  6. Store jam in a closed jar in fridge for up to 10 days.
