Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
1 medium to large red cabbage
1 Tbs. macadamia oil (or any other oil of choice)
1 Tbs. garlic, chopped
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup tarami sauce
1 Tbs. cumin

Method
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
- Slice the cabbage into quarters, leaving the core in
- Lay the cabbage on baking sheet and sprinkle with macadamia oil, garlic, salt and pepper
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
- While the cabbage is cooking, heat the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium-high heat
- Lightly simmer until the mixture has reduced by half
- Add the tamari sauce and lightly simmer
- When the cabbage is ready, drizzle ¼ cup of the balsamic reduction onto the cabbage and top with more if needed
