750g Rolled oats (use Gluten free if needed)
1 cup coconut shavings
1 cup sunflower seeds and sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw almonds chopped
1 cup raw pecans and macadamia nuts
pinch natural salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon,1/2 tsp nutmeg
10 ml vanilla essence
100 ml honey
120g melted butter and coconut oil mix
1 cup unsweetened cranberries/ sultanas/ goji berries
Mix dry ingredients, leaving out cranberries/ sultanas.
Mix all liquids together and pour over oats. Combine thoroughly.
Bake at 150 C for about 25 min or until golden, stirring every 10 min
Add cranberries or sultanas after cooking
