Makes 8 cruchies
Ingredients:
Orange-infused
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup gluten-free flour
½ cup coconut oil
1/3 cup raw honey
3 tablespoons stevia/erythritol
1 teaspoon bicarb of soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
Rind of 1 orange, grated
Chocolate
As above – replace orange rind with 1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
*Add seeds or nuts if desired
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add oats, sifted flour, bicard, cinnamon and coconut into a large bowl.
- Grate orange rind and add to mixture.
- Melt coconut oil and add.
- Add honey, sweetener of choice and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Use butter to line your baking tray. Add all mixture into baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
