Judith Johnson Hummus Recipe

1 can chickpeas (drained, but keep some liquid aside)
60ml lemon juice
60ml tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 garlic clove, crushed
60ml olive oil (start by adding 30ml, and then add more according to preferred/ideal consistency)
30ml water
30ml chickpea liquid (brine)
Half tsp. cumin
Salt chili, to taste

Blend together & enjoy!
