Ginger & Sesame Dressing:

2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp tamari
1 Tbsp honey
1 garlic clove
1 red chili, deseeded and finely chopped
1 heaped tsp grated fresh ginger
1-2 Tbsp lime/lemon juice
1 Tbsp hot water to loosen, if necessary
