Carb up after an intense training session with this delicious dairy free nicecream recipe! Enjoy it spoon by spoon with your favourite movie, or serve it to your friends as a delicious dessert. You will feel completely satisfied!
3 large ripe frozen bananas
2 Tbs cacao powder
1 Tbs coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 Tbs protein powder of choice
OPTIONAL: 3 Tbs almond milk (if you want the nicecream slightly smoother)
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend. Stop after a minute to scrape the sides of the bowl. Blend again until smooth.
OPTIONAL: Place the mixture into a container and leave in the freezer if you prefer it to be colder.
Take the mixture out of the freezer and spoon into a serving bowl.
Add crushed nuts, mint, fruit or anything else your heart desires!
