Ingredients for salad:
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 apple, chopped into small pieces
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup macadamia nuts, halved, slightly roasted
2 Tbsp sunflower and pumpkin seeds, roasted
Ingredients for dressing:
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp seeded mustard
2 tsp honey
Sprinkle of chili flakes
1 tsp honey
