How do these microgreens assist with detox?

Living microgreens such as radish, broccoli and rocket contain a bioactive known as glycosinalates, which when eaten releases a bioactive known as sulforaphane. This bioactive upregulates your cellular detoxification enzymes to remove the environmental toxic burdon of modern daily living.

How do we use it?

All cruciferous vegetables will release sulforaphane, however, these micorgreens are 50 x stronger in releasing the bioactive than the whole plant.

Growing microgreens vs Sprouts:

In this growing method, we use soil to allow the stalks and the leaves to shoot above the soil, rather than eating the root as well. The shoots produce little stems and green leaves as opposed to sprouting from the root.
