Gluten free high protein BANANA BREAD 🍌 For a Gluten free high protein BANANA BREAD 🍌 

For a guilt free treat this winter: 
3 eggs 
100g of coconut sugar
330ml of vegetable oil
4 ripe bananas 
80ml plain yoghurt or buttermilk 
1 Tbsp of vanilla essence 
3 cups of almond flower 
1 tsp gluten free baking powder 
125g desiccated coconut 
80g pecan nuts, chopped 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease two banana bread pans. Mix together the wet ingredients, then the dry ingredients (separately). Combine the wet mixture with the dry, and then stir in the coconut and pecan nuts. Distribute the mixture between the pans, sprinkle extra coconuts and chopped nuts on top and bake for 30-40 minutes.
